Varitrough Idler Sets use 3 Conveyor Rollers Type 15207 (Standard Rollers), which are connected to one another by chain links. As the name suggests, the special feature of Varitrough Idler Sets is the spring-loaded suspension.
Technical Specifications of our Varitrough Idler Sets
This spring-loaded suspension causes the Troughing Angle to adjust to the belt load. On the one hand, this means that the Troughing Angle increases as the load increases, but on the other hand, the belt still maintains contact with the Varitrough Idler Set even when unloaded. Overall, this also achieves good belt centring.
