There are countless ways to design shaft ends: Flats, internal or external thread, spring shaft, and so on.

For our stock items, we have focused on the industry standard, which is standardised according to DIN 15207. The most common Conveyor Roller, found in most industrial systems, is the Conveyor Roller with Flats of 15 mm.

This depends on a great many factors and therefore cannot be answered in general terms. Every product has its advantages and, of course, its disadvantages. What is your application? What load must the roller withstand? etc.
Our absolute standard Conveyor Roller is our Conveyor Roller Type 15207. It is found in 2-, 3- or multi-part Conveyor Idler Frames for the upper or lower strand. Flexible Idlers adapt ideally to the conveyor belt, and Varitrough Idler Sets, thanks to their spring-loaded suspension, manage to maintain permanent contact with the conveyor belt.

Almost all Conveyor Rollers are available in stainless steel. Many of these stainless steel rollers are specifically used in the food industry.

Yes, the Minimum Order Quantity is one packaging unit or one pallet. This corresponds to 1,200 kg when packed in paper bags, and 1,150 kg for loose Slag Binder in big bags. For our Slag Binder SPORLIT, we recommend discussing a volume contract with us. Our customers with a volume contract and corresponding call-off planning are thus guaranteed reliable supply at the times they require.
