Customised Rollers to Your Specifications

We consider Customised Rollers to be all Conveyor Rollers that deviate in any way from the Conveyor Rollers Type 15207 (Standard Rollers). The reasons for this can be varied: dimensions or diameter do not match a Conveyor Roller Type 15207 (Standard Roller), the Spindle Design, the material or the load capacity should be different or of higher quality – all of these are everyday reasons not to design a Conveyor Roller as a Standard Roller.

We are happy to give you a few examples:

The customer requires a Conveyor Roller for the food industry – we recommend a Conveyor Roller made of stainless steel or food-grade plastic.
The customer simply needs a replacement roller for an existing belt – we supply this Conveyor Roller specifically to their requirements and dimensions.
The customer has an unusual mounting on their belt, with a flat surface on one side and an External (Male) Thread on the other – this too can be produced specifically to their requirements.
Or it is simply a matter of heavy loads, i.e. Conveyor Rollers with high load capacity – here too we can offer Conveyor Rollers with heavy-duty bearing plates (Type SLT) or even Conveyor Rollers with a machined bearing seat (Type HLR), specifically tailored to their requirements.

For Customised Rollers, the number of designs and requirements is almost unlimited, so it is not possible to show or describe every possibility.
