Spiral Rollers for Industrial Cleaning
Spiral Rollers consist of individual, robust Rubber Spiral Rings, which are mounted on a Conveyor Roller and secured at both ends. Through the counter-rotating arrangement of the elastic rubber spirals, dirt is effectively transported outward during the rotating motion, continuously cleaning the belt.

At the same time, the geometry of the Spiral Rollers supports precise belt centring and prevents the belt from running off-track. Spiral Rollers are not only used with smooth belts but, thanks to their flexibility, are also ideally suited for the industrial transport of sticky, damp or slightly adhesive materials. They are therefore the perfect solution for low-wear, low-maintenance industrial belt cleaning.
