The Elevator Pulley, often also referred to as a Lattice Pulley, is used where contamination, build-up and material accumulation occur. It thus provides direct protection against damage to the conveyor belt.
Technical Specifications of our Elevator Pulleys
Unlike standard Tail Pulleys, these Pulleys have an open Pulley body. The material falls directly through the bars and is then guided outward via an internal cone.
The design of the Elevator Pulley is based on familiar parameters such as belt width, conveying capacity and conveying speed. We manufacture the Elevator Pulleys we supply according to your requirements and drawings.
Elevator Pulleys are supplied with either a welded shaft or a Locking Device connection.
