Rubber Disc Return Rollers are used in both the upper strand / upper belt as well as the lower strand / lower belt.

Use in the upper strand is as an Impact Roller or Rubber Impact Ring roller. These Conveyor Rollers are used in the loading or transfer area. Here the Rubber Impact Rings serve as protection against falling conveyed material and therefore have excellent damping properties against blows and shocks. In the lower strand, both Rubber Support Rings as well as Rubber Impact Rings are used. In most cases a Conveyor Roller Type 15207 (Standard Roller) is fitted with Support Rings, which are intended to reduce material build-up on the conveyor belt. A further advantage of using Rubber Impact Rings, Rubber Support Rings or Support Rings is the reduced wear on the actual return roller. The fitting of Conveyor Rollers with rubber or PU rings can be carried out according to specification or individually according to your requirements. Any combination of the various rubber ring types is also possible here.
