Our Certifications
Quality Management
As a distributor in the areas of Foundry Supplies and Conveyor Equipment, quality assurance is naturally a matter close to our hearts.
In order to meet the quality requirements of our customers, supplier evaluations were carried out regularly in the past. This enabled our purchasing department to source materials in accordance with quality standards. Building on this, we successfully obtained certification according to DIN ISO EN 9001:2008 in the first half of 2014. An update in April 2018 to the latest guidelines enabled the upgrade of the certificate through an audit according to DIN ISO EN 9001:2015.
We are set up to be able to assign exactly one production batch to every customer delivery, so that the quality chain can be traced back to production.
Environmental Management
Sustainable business practices are a matter of common sense and our responsibility for the future. The commitment to environmental protection is an expression of our corporate responsibility. For this reason, Environmental Management and the associated environmental protection is one of the key corporate goals of Siegbert Spohr GmbH
Siegbert Spohr GmbH operates in accordance with applicable environmental laws, regulations and guidelines. Sustainable business practices mean for us using energy and raw materials as efficiently as possible and making sensible use of renewable resources. The overarching goal is to promote environmental protection and reduce environmental impact – in line with economic, social and political requirements.
We want to go further and, within the scope of our economic means, offer the best available technology to continuously reduce the negative environmental impact of our products on our customers' operations.
In doing so, we aim to equally meet our customers' demands for environmental compatibility, economic efficiency, safety, quality, service and convenience.
Upon request, we are happy to send you our environmental handbook, which forms the basis of our Environmental Management system. We inform our customers and suppliers about our environmental performance and provide them with suggestions on how they can support us in our efforts.
