Guide Rollers

Guide Rollers are offered by us in both steel and plastic versions. In most cases they have a shaft stub on one side only (standard with External (Male) Thread). However, they are also used with shaft ends on both sides. In the standard version (Ø63.5 – 100 mm – AG M16) of the Guide Rollers with a single-sided shaft, the other side is sealed with a cap.

Requirements can vary. In most cases, however, they are used to support belt centring of the conveyor belt. Guide Rollers are distinguished by different roller and shaft lengths, Spindle Designs, Tube Thickness or manufactured from solid material. They are also available fitted with Support Rings or in a rubber-coated version.

Another option for resolving belt misalignment is the use of Self-Aligning Tracking Rollers or Trough Training Idler Frames in the upper strand or Training Idler Frames in the lower strand.
